Tiny third monitor for zoom calls alone is super cool. Not to mention voice sync, which seemed like it worked really well in your demo. Plus no phone/app required. Good find, Jacques!

What's the advantage to that over the auto scroll feature?

@@TheOnlineCourseGuy I haven’t gotten the auto scroll feature to work smoothly for me. The Elgato pedal allows you to easily scroll back and forward or pause with your foot. It’s very easily.

MY 2 cents. This adds a lot of friction to the process. Here's what I do now. I write my script. Record my message with breaks, silences and everything in between. Cut out the empty/silent parts automatically using a software like Recut.

Great points! Your process sounds super streamlined. I can see how cutting silences with Recut could work well. For me, the teleprompter helps keep my content structured and efficient, especially for teaching videos. But I love hearing different workflows!

VERY important tech requirement if you are interested in Voice Sync function....it will ONLY work with a NVIDIA 2060 GPU or better. ZERO AMD GPUs will work with it no matter how new or powerful. Literally only NVIDIA 2060 or better. This is something I completely missed and found out the hard way, as an AMD GPU user lmfao. Luckily I was able to swap my 5700xt with my kid's 2080 super and told him I'll replace it properly with a 5070 or 5090 next month when they release lol. Anyway, if you're not on Team Green and want to use Voice Sync....heads up!

Does the voice synch based off of the microphone on the computer?

Based on the mic you choose in the elgato software
