Thank you Graham. My partner showed me your podcast as support for me to uplift my business strategy. And I've been watching all your videos and I feel so much confidence now to begin my own journey. And the topic I chose is not so simple. Consiousness sexuality with the focus on spirituality. And I've been struggling around target lately. As anytime using special words around this topic, social networks will cut me out. Would be really helpful to have your thought around this limitations. Or may be how can I be more specific around tabu topics with key words. Thank you so much for such a contribution of what you're sharing. We with my partner having in our dream list bucket connection with you for coaching. Hope we grow so fast - that it's gonna happen very soon.

"You're going to be judged hard." This is by far the hardest part of running an online biz as a content creator. It's hard if you care what people think.

The concept of Life Design was created by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans in Stanford University years before they published their book on the subject in 2016. It is crazy how this man has the courage to say Life Design is a term he coined and claim it as his method and even put a TM symbol to the term on his website, while talking about being authentic, original and truthfull. Even his website name (Design Your Life) is kind of a copy of the original website name (Designing Your Life). With some eloquence and no shame anyone can say anything, hun?! Maybe I should create some step by step and name it Personal Development and then say I coined the term and try to trademark it... I do not know why this kind of people still shock me... 🤦♀ Graham, you should research your guests a bit deeper...

@Graham I always agree with this and I follow this principle, almost every business coach say this, however, my unique position is that my customers are mostly from low income countries (Pakistan, Nepal, India, Indonesia), so when I charge high they can't afford it, and if any, there is only small number that would afford, and I just start building my brand and audience so Its hard to reach the people that wants it and afford it. I even got a hate mail because initially I charged >$1000 (this is 1 on 1 coaching type). I was wondering what is your take for this.

Hi, this is an off-topic question but I was wondering if sharing your recording revolutions project on your business channel had any negative impact on it? I am in a similar position, want to start something like a business channel but I am a little hesitant to share my projects.

Hi Graham! Do you think in 2025, the price range for online courses is still 50-200 USD? Or now should be 100-250 USD?

Super good reminders Graham. Thanks. #3 has always befuddled me. Maybe because I started out looking for a SIDE HUSTLE and not needing an income or not to be a brand business. 1: Most Christians believe _______ but the truth is _________. . I want unhappy, dysfunctional Christian (women) to listen up to truth so they can live aligned in freedom. 2: I am speaking to You! Yes you unhappy in Christ one. I know you. I've been you. If I stop loving this "work" I have the personal freedom to quit. 3: Tricky one for me. Salvation is a free Gift. Our "work" is to encourage the saint's. Accept donations makes 100% sense. *Good thing I know God. 4: My middle name is simple and my life is better for listening to simple, solid truth

Yeah the music world isn’t exempt from judgment - I’m in the metal guitar realm. I’m with you on doing less. When I look back at the time I went into extreme hustle mode, the results were always counterproductive. As far as standing out, the only thing I’ll add is that don’t try to standout for the sake of standing out. In other words, just be you and you’ll attract the type of people you want to attract.

AI is a great tool but the one advantage we have over it (drum roll please) is the actual human element of actual real life story experience that is transforming. There's information then there is transformation based on human experience. I'm not worried about AI. It's just a tool like money not a person.

Say what no one else is saying will get you everywhere! My niche is a little saturated and people say to me all the time "You are telling us what no one else is saying" They love me for that. Yes you can grow with little. I LOVE that! I started my Notary journey with a second hand laptop and a used printer from craigslist. I tell my students and followers you don't need a full office before you begin. Build as you grow! I started out doing loan closings, created nationwide signing service to building an online course to train notaries how to become a notary signing agent. Thank you Graham for always reminding me to keep my blinders on. I am still trying to grow and have to remind myself that people follow me because of me not because I am like others.

Great video, Graham. I've been thinking about #1 for a while now, and your thoughts confirm my intuition. I'm in a scientific niche where many things sound "corporate." When I launched my podcast, I chose a more informal touch. But I will further tweak it to say things that stand out. I love #2, too. I will make it more personal. Instead of talking to scientists, I will speak to the "smart biotech scientist."
