​@@CorporalTyler 99% of the time they're distributors, so they'll get the boxes ahead of time so they can have them in stock for the actual release date, and the other times they're for content creators like PokeRev. If you're talking about how he's opening the new set in Japanese, then that's because Japan will release their new sets earlier than the rest of the world most of the time due to them being smaller.
