It was specifically mentioned that fights between demons are pretty pointless because demons have no natural way of killing each other. Nichirin blades have some special properties, mimicking the effect of the sun on demons. So they can do the job. Muzan can also do it because of his obvious control over the demon cells.But generally speaking, demons would also need special means in order to kill other demons.

Also, the reason why Nezuko didn’t die when Daki cut her head off was because the Nichirin sword (demon slayer sword) is the reason why the demons die when they get their head cut off, not because their head is cut off to begin with.

Btw ALL strong demon have blood demon art, Daki had one too. Blood demon art is just the name for the demons special attacks, it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with blood
