Shadowprice with volt shot, saves you an exotic space and the volt shot kills makes you amplified. So you don't have to use abilities or exotics to make u amplified. Just get rapid kills with arc

The problem is that you cant reload, it makes the gun almost useless. It needs subsistence as a perk or something

Don't need the resilience, if they can't hit you! And the mobility helps in closing distance. Every millisecond counts in combat.
