Regarding the section on the Koch family and Las Vegas, for me that just confirmed what I concluded regarding Cosa Nostra, Las Vegas, and why the government went after it so vehemently: Cosa Nostra was in the way, not just in Las Vegas, but in other areas that the powers that be wanted to control.
