The reason that Saudi Arabia has finally moved on with the times ,is because of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman who got into power in 2017.In 2018,he allowed women to drive cars,which although appears to be a small gesture was a significant achievement. From then Saudi Arabia has been growing . It’s good to know that Venezuela who has even more oil than Saudi Arabia is far poorer.
