How can they say that the NOI never studied the Holy Quran? Master Fard Muhammad taught the Honorable Elijah Muhammad from BOTH books Bible and Quran. The Bible was presented more at that time because it was the only book that most Black people could relate to. This documentary seems to be promoting and sowing divisiveness between Al Islam and the NOI. Much love and respect to W.D Mohammed. You can't deny what he accomplished. Bringing two million blacks to Islam. Awesome feat, but have to admit he's standing on his father's shoulders. Let's reverse it. W.D tried to revert blacks to Islam I'm the 40's and 50's, encourage black men and women to join the military, and openly invite whites to them. For that time that wouldn't have last 5 years......tops. I'm not here to argue theological texts or beliefs (Islam has enough sects as it is) but his father had to hack through the fields of clouded diluted madness of the minds of black people in the west to even explain any sect of Islam to any black person. His father made his reaching people and giving them the knowledge of the Quran waaaaaaay easier had there been no NOÍ.

There was another one I had seen once with Warith Deen Muhammad and a street preacher that puts it on the Arabs selling swine and alcohol in the black community. I don't understand how people don't know that there are and have been people who have one black parent and one white parent who's children look like the white parent more. But because they also have a black parent they are usually considered black still. A person can look white and have a black parent. This has been going on for a long long time. So just because Master W.D. Fard Muhammad looks white because of his white mother. Doesn't mean he can't have a black father. Many humans on this planet have looked white and have had a black parent that helped produce them. I just don't understand why it's so hard for the ignorant to see that this is a reality. The Messengers son left because he didn’t feel the spiritual nurturing from his father and had no need for the disciplinary and black liberation aspect the nation provided bc he wasn’t threatened by the white world his father protected him from. He just wanted the affection of Allah and his father. So because he was hurt the nation didn’t give him that nurturing, he threw the uniforms in the garbage and brought black people solely straight to fasting, praying, and studying the Holy Quran.
