Imagine Advocate Mkhwebane as a president of the black civil group (an alternative of AfriForum). And that black civil group is sponsored by the black majority of the country. We can easily hold politicians accountable while creating employment for Black Lawyers, Researchers, HR, etc. With just R5 or R10 per month from 2 Million Black Professionals, Business people.

Finally the populace could now be informed on how the Public Protector Office's mandate is, and cease to believe all the propaganda the media has been running with. The question is why did you meet Zuma secretly and dispute it when questioned, and how you invite Musebenzi to your 50th birthday while you're investigating him. Because all the people who are on your side ie Holomisa, Mpofu, mahumapelo, were seen dancing with you at your party. The mistake you did my sister is to befriend the politicians. Mina my wish is that you should be given your pension and go start your new life

Splendid interview, David. I so pray that former PP goes into teaching so that more can benefit from her valuable lessons and experiences. Without handing over her batton, we may have lost too much as the general public and also public scholars. Her severance changed a lot of how the public sector service was meant to be about. BM.

This was a great interview. Really humanised her and for the first time, inspite the negative propaganda that has relentlessly chased her (rightfully or wrongfully), David you allowed us to experience her as simply Busisiwe. YOU did nothing about Zuma, You were Zuma's Lady who doyle want to tackle Zuma's people like Magashule, Mosebenzi Zwane including Estina Dairy Farm and Asbestos Saga ...all in all you failed the state ...You also fall in the STATE CUPTURE stream going and serve at Nkandla there's vacant awaiting for you...

Busisiwe is a liar when it comes to Vrede Dairy Farm. She went only to the Police Station and went back to Pretoria without meeting with the victims. She instructed her executives to remove politicians from the report Msebenzi Zwane, Ace Magashule, and others. Victims such as bontate Ngcongwane, Sebiloane, and others were ready, thinking that she would get their side of the story. But Alas, it didn't happen. King David, please get hold of ntate Doctor Radebe sothat we get their story sothat the public could make their informed conclusions. We are talking about subsistence farmers who lost their livelihood because of such people like Busisiwe Mkhwebane.

Great job David and team. I think the lady deserved an opportunity to share her thoughts, she is not as bad as the establishment would have us believe. At least she contributed to a narrative about herself even if it is only 4 hours of a 7 year story about her without her. The more I hear , the more I think the politics of the country rejected her approach to public service and her vision for the job she accepted as Public Protector. The good part is that her removal from office has actually officially launched her into public office beyond the limitations of administrative boundaries. I will not be surprised if sooner or later she takes up a position in one of the existing or new political parties.

I didn't know about this David brother until I saw this interview. He is a very knowledgeable man about the political landscape of this country and also the major players within that space both current and former. I'm also impressed that he constantly refers to the former president's Thabo Mbeki UNISA lecture that touched on the inception and influence of "deep State politics" on the direction of the Republic as far as political, economic and social policy is concerned. I encouraged everyone who has an interest to go watch that Mbeki masterclass. He discussed some very worrying concepts there.

Part 2 built on the first part very effectively, with both interviewee and interviewer excelling in clarifying issues for the viewers. It is great that BM recognizes the need for society to limit alcohol, as it is harmful both internally, through intake, and externally, dermatologically, through application. The cause of countering alcohol is a lifelong, worthy, human rights concern, together with all substance abuse and malnutrition. KD is correct in encouraging continuing education, because completing academic endeavours at any level is a sound method of building up toward eventual doctoral studies while, at the same time, conserving vitality. A more educated person may do a less thorough job more smoothly; and a less educated person may do a more thorough job bumpily; so education, with vitality, is commendable for all. So the ball is clearly not in BM's court alone, to advance the education cause, while all others remain super silent in this regard. God bless!

this lady is more right that anyone, 1994 does not come before 1979, where De Beers and Ango American fly into Lusaka to negotiate with the Anc alone, when the 1976 riots were not ANc affiliated, the whites know who is intelligent and who can be their obstacle. My South African passport was quiried by both Sotuth Africa and united Kingdom the last time I was in South Africa. The British intelligent is so strong that they know which South African is hostile to their ownership of the mines. So called South Africans, the Transvaal was annexed into South Africa, we never consented to be part of this foolishness.

@@danielteme2748 South Africa is controlled from London. where do White South Africans stay in London? Wimbledon and south West London, you know they took so much money out of South Africa. Betwwen the Communists of Russia and France are the Fabians socialists, they only disagree on methods towards a Communist Utopia. Joe Slovo was a London School of Economics student, Ramos, Paolo Jordan were all former alumni. I wanted to go to se to study why so many African leaders came from there, they hate me because i believe in free market economics rather than government interventions.

I nearly bought the story that this lady was Zuma, but when I saw the Mazzones, Hoffman, Ifp, Anc all agreeing, you knew that the Anglo Saxons wanted her gone and I look at the recommendation for the nationalisation of the Reserve bank. it was over. The Democratic Alliance at this time is not interested in forming a working government, the want to retain all apartheid gains. The reserve bank has a balance sheet , the debt which is owed, is an asset to the shareholders of the Reserve bank. Mazzones ( who might be from the Venetian Black Nobility) know they must hold down the rebellion against Apartheid debt and the reserve bank must not be interferred with to save the assets of the sharehoders of the reserve bank.

She committed the same misconduct twice in the reserve bank and the Bosasa case. As a pp u play the role of investigator and judge and she failed to play that role. She could not accept that her evidence at hand could not prove money laundering, even after having being given an opinion to such an extent by an expert. She played economist/ politician in the the reserve bank matter, which is not a pp office mandate. Matters of reserve bank not benefitting poor black ppl is a matter which is dealt with in the political arena. They way she is commenting on the judiciary and on judges on this interview and another interview I saw of her, one would think she is a politician rather than a legal practitioner who is willing to go pound for pound with her fellow legal practitioner on law and how it was applied on her cases. All I am hearing from her, she is the victim, she did nothing wrong, all this ppl are out to get her. Bra David even had to correct her that her office is not David but the ordinary ppl are David, the office is there to to be the equaliser for the public against Goliath which is the government.

Sutherland the criminologist was spot on. The law is representative of the dominant culture. Indeed some animals are more equal than others.

I think generally her heart is in the right place it’s just that perhaps sometimes she allows her personal views to cloud her judgment on matters which require her to be objective.

I agree with you but sometimes toxic pressure can make you act like that especially knowing that everybody is against the work you are doing, I know how it feels, you will sometimes loose it! What you have said is so true

And she suffer axactly for her fight for transformation ..she is crucified for utilising black lawyers and drastically reducing work giving to white law firms ,she is crucified for investigating top guys like Pravin ,ramadollar and reserve bank ..unfortunately they using senseless accusations ..when on earth did we hear that a Dr Woking at public hospital was charged after the hospital loosing a negligence case ?do we ever say doctors should pay from their pockets ? ??this the most wowest thing ever

Not we but you All these people are hired to do a job and paid by taxpayers. The money spent on her legal fees could have built toilets for children in schools. Some schools in rural areas do not have appropriate toilet, and children are injured. So I do not buy this nonsense of millions being used to fight people cases who are already earning millions.
