I totally agree with you about the Aqua figure! She looked very flat. Yeah, if GSC is advertising the Pop Up line to be better than prized figures, they definitely need to make sure to consistently show that. And I don't think you were being too harsh about criticizing those figures! It's better to be honest about it. If there was lacking aspects of it, me as an audience really appreciate hearing that feedback. It helps with decision making more for sure! And who knows? Maybe staff from these figure companies watch figure review videos to see what they can do better lol 😂 Though that one is a bit of a reach 😅 Also! I know this was a couple months ago but I just wanted to let you know, if you love the Rita figure, you should keep an eye on the lineup of Genshin Impact figures coming out/being announced too, so far they're pretty incredible, and especially the bases on them are really nice. (They'll also likely go up a ton in price on the aftermarket) I also think Genshin and Honkai are worth a go at least once if you haven't played them yet, especially since if you enjoy Fate as a game you're probably well equipped to be prepared for the gacha portion of these two titles better than if you'd never played a gacha before

I definitely agree with you on the Kurisu figure. I find that the ones with more dynamic poses have other things going on with them, but the ones that have the better faces are mostly her just standing in place which is a little underwhelming.

Have two Makise Kurisu figurines, the Kotobukiya where she is sitting on cogs with her left leg pulled up and two Banpresto ones with the base with writing on it like a white board, accidentally ordered two way back but they were relatively cheap yet look awesome. Left one Banpresto version in its box and the other is standing between Rider, Sabre and Kiritsugu from Fate/Zero on a shelf :)

And yeah the Kurisu looks funky I thought the same when I first saw her. The proportions are off - she's very skinny and her head is too tall. If you squish her head and face downwards and make it a bit smaller width wise she looks a lot better lol, I tried it in paint...

Oh, I didn't know that about the Hatsune Miku Korin Kimono Ver. Nendoroid, I just unboxed her this weekend and I love her! The detail of the Kimono is fantastic and I love pearlescent finish on the color. I got the RIta Rossweisse Figure back in January and I didn't notice that she so big, because she fits well with the other 1/8 scales I have...
