As always great videos. This was the best part for me of traveling to Philippines was getting to spend time with other culture and eat their foods and see the smiles. Like you I didn't really understand much of what was being said but you can feel the warmth of their hospitality and kindness and it is something we just don't have much of in America anymore.

In SE Asia many foods are cooked from scratch using fresh ingredients. It takes a lot of work to prep cooking a meal so do your best to eat the food presented before you. I remind them that people will find foods they don't like all over the world it has nothing to do with the cooking. Having a home base overseas you can travel the surrounding courtiers cheaply compared to flying back and forth from home. They key is stepping a little out of your comfort zone enjoying new experiences. I love watching people finding their Joy overseas enjoying a new journey in life.

I really enjoyed this video and respected the effort these Vietnamese men make while cooking for their partners. Just an fyi, since you referred to the noodles as pasta, but pasta comes from noodles invented in China.

I like ur vids brother. Question. How often do u fly to see joy and for how long? I think ur first 2 trips were 3 weeks. Is that enough time? Do u go back to states because of ur kids or to work and make more money to return? Look forward to a response. Thx
@ProvinceSmile9 ай бұрын
3 weeks was good for the first trip and was because I didn't want to leave my kids for too long. They are split custody. My third trip was for 5 weeks but it made it more complicated because I had to file a visa extension. So I would suggest 4 weeks max for the first trip. I mainly had to go back home for the kids though. But Joy just got her visa and so she just arrived in America now and is living here. I just need to catch up on the vlogs. But we plan to keep going back to the Philippines at least once a year until we are able to move there (in about 5 years).
@nelsoncopo75299 ай бұрын
@@ProvinceSmile well I hope she doesnt change on u now that ur in the states brother. I wish u tremendous success. I have 3 kids and couldnt leave them for good. It’d have to be a situation like urs where u go back n forth to be with them but still find love in the phils. Keep us posted. Dont forget that u have ppl who wanna see how things work out for u. Questions like: Does joy like the usa Has she slacked on her adoration towards u, or her housewife style How do ur kids like her What about her daughter in phils Just some material for ur vlogs. Thanks again good sir

Are you living there now, or how do you do it? And if yes, how do you afford it? Only via KZbin or with remote job? Btw her boyfriend should open up a restaurant.. I think a good vietnamese restaurant is missing.. If vietnamese people open a restaurant in other countries, they mostly cook stuff they think is most demanded. But vietnamese is the most healthy asian food there is, in my opinion, so we need more of it :)
@ProvinceSmile Жыл бұрын
No I, live in Idaho and can only go for a short time every 4 or 5 months. I have a little money saved up that I'm using for the trips. But surprisingly KZbin has become my focus now because it has opened some doors that I didn't expect. And I ended up getting a remote job offer because of it. It's only confusing because I'm not posting a video right when something happens, because it takes me a week to edit each one so I end up being a few months behind what is currently happening.
