that's just having a good wrestling skilset and experience. the football player excuted one of the most awkward looking f double legs I've ever seen. it only worked because the coach was turned away from him initially and was taken by complete surprise. i still feel like the coach could have stopped it but chose to roll with it's momentum instead causing him to flip the player using his own momentum.

I can't even tell you how many time I replayed this video. You just know that 'Strength Coach' is beloved by the team. For the player to do this just shows how much fun those young men are having being in that program. And the strength Coach.....kept that hat on the whole time!!!
