They need to rework Ryze with Slow of W be able to spread on fluxed targets and E on slowed targets root them. This gives him more range in some situations ... and maybe E be able to recast twice to spread even further.

Asking for a tank Cassiopeia (wasn't this Ryze kinda tanky, too?). Days asked: 447, days skipped: 7, winrate: 98.458%. Start Tear. Build Archangel's into Heartsteel to stack HP, then Riftmaker to stack AP too. Then add AP and tank, whatever you like more: Liandry's, Iceborn, Frozen Heart, Abyssal Mask etc. Runes are either Grasp for more HP or Conqueror to have at least some damage early. You're ranged, so it's easy to grab Heartsteel stacks. Combine big HP and big AP to become a monster in late game. Survive, spam E and pump out a lot of damage. "My viewers BEGGED me for a Tank Cassiopeia build...
