I used a variation of this when Overheal was still in with Fleet Footwork. Revitalize + whatever in secondaries. I'd rush Runaan's + boots (Zerkers when convenient). At this point, you can push 80% opponents in easily. Smack wave to Overheal (same strat post-BT) and smack opponent to expend shield through minion damage taken. The big thing here is you're not really trying to fight your opponent. You're basically playing Singed but more fun. Push them in and either proxy or steal the opponent's jungle. From there, whatever combination of attack speed and lifesteal. If you decide on Riftmaker then Nashor's Tooth is fine. It's really important that you don't underestimate the power of Runaan's + Lifesteal healing in fights and between fights. This is very either push & retreat, or take bad trades & heal to keep pushing. In a lot of ways, the real goal of it is starve the enemy jungler. That's why it starts with Fleet and Runaan's. Fleet heals the full amount on jungle camps while giving you movespeed to escape. Runaan's empowers both pushing and the little fighting you may do. Often times, you reach a point of out-iteming your opponents where you can just fight for fun. Random fun old-tech: Overheal on Alistar let you just constantly have a max health shield on a tank that recharged by waiting for your ADC to farm. If you wanted to be extra fancy, you take Conqueror instead of Fleet Footwork. Keep in mind that while the Lifesteal/Vamp takes a bit to activate, every attack will provide increasing damage which is going to benefit from your lifesteal regardless. It'd argue it's arguably better on AP.

Riftmaker in the build would have worked alright, I think. It would have given you 10% bonus damage, the omnivamp and your shrooms would have had a little more bite to them while keeping you in combat as well.

How'd you know I'm broke? Here's a $100 like 😆 Wish you finished the build with a Terminus instead of crit. The AS would have helped your damage and healing consistency and Teemo does a lot of magic damage even building AD.
