Is this because the 15mins will be creating an upper or lower wick for the new 4hr candle that starts at 9AM US time? If the 4hr is in a bullish trend, the 15mins will move down to create a support which will be the lower wick for the 4hr before continuing the bullish trend and if bearish a resistance is needed for the upper wick of the new 4hr.

Mn to be honest i have back tested this strategy but thing is that you will be stopped out often and that thing ur relying on of 40% win rate also won't work coz loosing 3 trade can hurt someones psychology he leading to self doubt so guys my point is stik to price action support and resistance break and retests not gambling
