1:26:32 the weight loss was likely temporary. Came from food exiting her system with little to replace it. The body can store several pounds of food & water in the digestive system. By only eating 3 eggs, a 6 oz steak, and a bottle of wine for three days, her digestive tract was nearly empty. Once she started eating normally again, her weight probably returned to what it was before. This is what wrestlers, boxers, fighters, ect... do before a weigh-in. They don't eat and drink little water beforehand in order to get placed in a more favourable weight category.

Cheap meals are easy, just not necessarily glamorous. You can season ground beef any number of ways from a Mexican style preparation to more continental fare like a broke version of stroganoff or swiss steak. Rice and your choice of steamed veg. Broccoli and cauliflower are readily available for cheap. 20 min tops. Furthermore rotisserie chickens are fine. 200+ g protein at $7 is hard to beat.

what would give diarrea drinking a gallon of milk a day besides lactose intolerance would be your intestines not yet being adapted to the level of fat in of the diet. it will settle down after a while(like 2 weeks) but it would be better to incrementally implement the diet for your guts to adapt reducing side effects of the change. other keto related diets have similar things happen with sudden diet change
