You should see the sponsors I don’t take, they are dog tier. Asus is decent. I’ll say the azoth is more up my alley than this one though. I still don’t “get” optical but it was really funny to dump water on my keyboard and type in a puddle lol. Standard mechanical can’t do that, it would immediately fry

The flip side of that is that they know if the keyboard is absolute trash, they are more likely to hear that in the reviews from custom keyboard influencers. So there is a pay-off if they have developed a decent product. It's not easy to get keyboard people to say nice things about your product.

Nothing wrong with taking sponsors from budget/gaming keyboards/ budget customs. These are needed to get people looking into the keyboard hobby. i started with a gaming keyboard and now i had 17 customs. sold 7 and kept 10 so far. Started with the ACR top 75 you reviewed! Keep up the good work!

I dont remember it's full name, but i remember trying another ROG strix keyboard with Asus' own proprietary linear mechanical switches that were surprisingly smooth and nice sounding. Each key also had almost no wobble because the switch stem is thick. And tbh, I was so ready to shit on it before i tried it. Edit: I think it was just the original ROG Strix Scope with same optical switches.

yeah these switches are so smooth that scratchy switches are a thing of the past. people just like shitting on things they've never tried. my community actually really loved the razer and asus 75s i reviewed lol
