No one knows about it because it's been out of stock for ever. I don't under why they do small group buys. Just make a lot of boards and sell to the public. I've been searching for a keyboard similar to this for the last two weeks and everything has been sold out.

I care a lot more about the feel inconsistency than the sound because most of the time I am using my keyboard, I am also wearing headphones. but I can feel the keys either way!

Damm this is crazy. I've been looking for a keyboard like this with a south paw numpad for my gaming set up. Too bad it's not a hall effect switches. If it was analogue switches I would buy this in a heart beat.

dcx are good for their price point but it is true that they are the grey side of colour while gmk is really black just black.

is 60% good for learning programming and lil bit of photoshop or gimp editing?

I have an RK61 and I want it to sound like cracking knuckles (the poppy sound that's right in between clack and thock, but not overly smooth or "creamy"), what mods should I do? I'm okay with it being resonant and loud as long as it's not too high-pitched or pingy. I'm also open to different switches, though I've only had reds and blues on an entire keyboard as well as a random assorted 12-switch tester which made me decide that I don't like tactile switches (at least not browns) because they just feel like a worse linear. Click jackets are also pretty bad (I liked my red board so much that when I had to replace my old RK61 with blues and the Havit 89 with reds, I picked an RK61 with reds), but based on the tester I like click bar switches for their tactility, I just think they might be pretty distracting noise-wise. Luckily there ARE muted click bar switches (mute jades) so that could be a route I take, but right now I'm looking for mods under $20 and I already have a few kinds of foam and tape lying around.

My fav board I own is my maker velvet, with mx black on plateless, a tecsee bocchi as the spacebar and gmk botanical in top mount. Super flexy and bouncy for top mount and with the bocchi for the spacebar it sounds amazing. Deep and nice. None of that foamy "thock" nonsense

i just cant justify the group buy model anymore. if the keeb, or keyset isnt in stock, to me it is a failure out the gate and I click away. this hobby needs to learn to be less about fomo.
