I'd like to call myself an expert with computers but that'd be lying but I am pretty good with them. I'm pretty sure I know a bit more then think. At the beginning when steam was installing it, it asked for admin so it could type for you and other things like creating a new cmd command, background imitation, opening cmd for you, and being able to make/execute apps and commands. If steam said it's ok, then it probably is.
