I think it's by design because of Near's toys in the anime. But yeah, the chibis are pretty cute.

I think the same, it may sound silly but I'm a little uncomfortable with the bulging eyes of the finger puppets, they remind me of the Momo meme, a drawing of a woman with bulging eyes, which was unpleasant for me

@@pauloandrade925 Both B9 and Part Boy were together, there were many occasions where they both made it obvious. Between Reus Sama dying right after his ID got stolen and me spying on B9 & Part Boy and seeing them together very often. I had a feeling B9 wouldn't keep the Death Note after I immediately started calling him Kira and I saw Part Boy being very close to him, so I figured they both switched roles so B9 wouldn't look suspicious if he got arrested. Which is exactly what happened later.
