Nice vid man, glad you're trying it out now that it's finally gotten it's 1.0 release! Like you I played the original console port, but I also got the Steam version as well and I've enjoyed it so far. I'm no expert, but a good way to get some xp as well as the occasional decent reward is to find one of the traders. Traders, like in the old version, buy and sell all kinds of shit and now also give quests you can complete for money and other goodies.
