This Viscous build was too powerful, so they had to nerf it.

unfortunately, this gameplay is pre-september 26 patch, which means a lot of the items in this particular build, namely ones that increased rate of fire on your weapon, like Veil Walker, are now nerfed and everyone is playing spirit viscous now. my friend ‪@A_Seagull‬ hopped into stream recently and told me to try out this particular setup on viscous and it was owning until the nerfs. i did just get a spirit viscous gameplay recently though and i'll share that pretty soon. but i thought this game was too fun/good not to share, even when i rage a little bit.

People see characters like haze and infernus and want to sweat against them, since letting them free farm lets them win the game by pressing 4 past 25 mins. So does a fed viscous tbh, but hes a less common pick

the viscous nerf isnt even that substantial which is nice, just a 7% nerf to his weapon damage, a bit more warmup on puddle punches, and a change to his cleanse mechanic on cube
