The game is an unsung masterpiece done by a small studio with technical prowess & imagination of 60 people .... games like these are rare and the are like an interactive movie + ASABO studio used their in-house engine for this and Microsoft Flight Simulator .... i hope they will bring a sequel to this game ..... i bought it full price & bought it as a gift for a friend on steam .... i'm proud in investing in such an unique product nowdays.

I am sorry, but that's the thing, a game, first and foremost, should be just that - a GAME - not a walking movie simulator. Sure, it has good graphics, engaging story, beautiful atmosphere, the mood, the vibe, etc. But it's a walking movie simulator..... Also has bad A.I. and some flawed gameplay mechanics and "stealth" mechanics are worse than games from 90s... So, I think all the 9s and 10s this game got are a LOT MORE than it deserved.

They are 3 different actresses. Charlotte McBurney is the original one, the French one is Leopoldine Serre, and the German I don't know, but definitely a completely different actress :)

My mind was blown by this game as well!! The story, music and DIALOGUES!! Characters have legit small talks!! And then you get to witness how a little daddy's girl grows up into a warrior and how her behavior gets influenced by her new friends. Crazy crazy game, love it and hope for the continuation!!

I wanted to write a story set in more of an urban area with more people rather than the wilderness you are stuck in as a player, but set in the same world and with the same challenges otherwise. It's become a pretty cool little tale so far ;)

this has to be my favorite and honestly one of the only games that really intrigued me. especially me having a younger brother irl, i felt the need to protect the boy in the game so much. it took me days to complete the game and the whole story really came together. also the music was perfect for the game too. just all in all, amazing and waiting for the 2nd game

Just finished it. It is one hell of a game. You stopped it here just as it got emotional. I normally hate kids, but Hugo is very likable and I teared up when he started asking about his Mother. The attention to detail in this game is really nice. I got the real sense of being in medieval France. Also the plot twists just keep on coming. It's not a game, it's a journey.

We don't even really have to deal with animals or disease all that much. It used to be horrendous. Covid killed a lot, but in relation to the population, not really. The plague however killed 1/3 of human beings at the time.

This game stays with you. There's just something about it. The thing that still 'bothers' me about it is the pure difficulty level of it. I feel it was so difficult (as someone who admittedly hasn't played a lot of games in a while) that I felt I enjoyed it more 'nostalgically' than while I was playing it. My sister found this game off of KZbin around two days ago. Ever since we've been playing it nonstop, I love this game so much it's so entertaining. The rats were scary af but when you got used to them it was fine, also I just want to say I love Hugo he can be a little brat but he's adorable and I love him sm 😭

It’s nice to see this game getting the attention it deserves. After I first played there was less LP content. I could never play it again because of who I am and how linear the game is, but it really is quite dark and beautiful with an intriguing storyline.

6:15 my father grew up in a ranch and he explained to me they used to use those kind of single shot sling shots to make strayed sheeps back into the horde when they were far apart . he said usually we did one warning shot if the didn't return we'd hit right in the belly . i had one it was pretty fucking strong with long range and very accurate

so realistically the mother didn't need to die, there was no need for her to do the whole "You must go and i need to die here." other than for creating this isolated story arc where its just you and the kid

It's because is a from a new indie publisher, or at least not really known by people, i played when it came out on of the best game i played, visual , story driving, characters just fantastic little hugo such a cute character.
