I think what's wild is that Andy Dalton is first QB THIS SEASON to have 300 passing yards and 3 passing TDs in a single game. This season has been really weird so far, reaching twilight zone levels.

he dont have the talent. Compare him to Darnold who has better size, better arm, better accuracy. People keep giving Darnold chances because they are hoping he gets to the point where the game slows down, where he can be more effective recognizing coverages and going through his reads. Because he has the TALENT to be a decent QB. Maybe he is at that point now. Bryce will NEVER get there. He doesn't have NFL Size, he doesn't have a NFL arm, he doesn't have anything special about him, this accuracy bad etc. People hit him for his size, and RIGHTFULLY SO. Then others bring up guys like Kyler Murray and Russel Wilson. Both those guys were baseball players, and Kyler was a star pitcher. They have CANOONs. They have NFL arms, they can make every "NFL throw". Bryce does not have the talent. He will never be a good QB in NFL. Maybe he is good enough for CFL I don't know.

exactly. Sam Darnold stunk really bad in the past and is lighting it up this season. It's a very streaky position. Matt Ryan was entirely unathletic and had a weak arm, and the Falcons were able to devise a lot of short-pass routes and make him perfectly serviceable. @@tomdemay6147 he clearly has talent. We aren’t talking about Tebow here. His size doesn’t help him, but it doesn’t hurt him that much either. It used to be that the new drafted QB's understudied the starting QB for a couple of years before making their first start. The starting QB was his mentor, and trained him to take his job. This allowed the rookie to learn how fast things go in the NFL. These starting rookie QB's that fail fail because they didn't have that. They are rushed too quickly into the starting slot. imagine putting a soldier fresh out of boot camp, in a war zone, in charge of a squad. He may have been a high school all time ROTC cadet, and even honor graduate in basic and advanced training, but it doesn't mean he can handle a squad. He doesn't have seasoning.
