Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is a 2024 Metroidvania video game developed by Surgent Studios and published by Electronic Arts, under its EA Originals label. The game was released for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on 23 April 2024. The story follows a young shaman named Zau, who must capture the spirits of three monsters as offerings to Kalunga. Players will gradually gain new skills, enabling them unlock new paths to progress.

I love this game. I'm usually pretty "ehh" on the genre but boy am I glad I bought it. It plays so smooth. Looks great and I actually have the sound blasting because the audio, music and effects, are great. I'm old gamer and I remember reading that if POC wanted to see themselves in games then they needed to make their own. You guys did and did it to perfection. So, what's the next project so I can set aside my money for it?

The games have been amazing, the characters iconic, but the music can only be described as delicious. Starting with Blasphemous 2, then Prince of Persia, and now Tales of Kenzara. The music helps a lot with immersion. Ever since I was younger watching my dad play Symphony on the Night, I’ve always had an appreciation for music in games. One of my favorite tracks from a Metroidvania is actually Red Soil/Brinstar Depths from several of the Metroid games. And Kalunga is already my favorite character, but I’m sure I’ll have more with the coming uploads. To clarify, I really like Zau as well, but I like kalunga’s wisdom.

This is a very enjoyable game, I'm almost near the 3rd spirit,, I use moon mask more I feel protected shooting from far,, the rage is controllabel not like the supernova,, I'll not spoil this but much more abilities will come , you missed secret areas which can increase your life bar which is much needed further, last if your shooting and ur out of charge and there is an enemy right in your face just use the triangle (strong move) and you will be saved.
