from xiao lao bans videos i gathered this: you can punish galio if he misuses his e or w with a quick eq combo. also always instantly throw your w out when you engage so you are shielded during his cc and he gets stunned right after if he tries to fight. Also if enemy galio isnt good enough or cant react in time you can throw out your q (best case is hitting him) and then time an e on him with your returning q resulting in free passive proc. If enemy galio doesnt give you openings or misplaces himself you cannot beat him really. You can just try to push waves in and roam, fight with jgl or roam bot and stack your dark seal. But be careful to not overextend when you try and shove the wave. If you need to you can trade your mana and hp for a free hard shove. You can do this with the e+w->q combo i described earlier, for example. Also try to learn xiao lao bans pushing patterns so you can always clear wave the fastest. for normal wave you try to q every minion, then you auto the range minions for passive proc, then last hit melee minion. If the wave has a cannon you use q1+q1+e on hit and hit it while waiting for melee minion lasthit. How much you need to auto minions depends on your items. only dorans ring seems around 2 autos on normal minions after passive proc and like 5 on canon minion. dorans dark seal is 1 for range minion after passive proc and 2 for melee minion after passive proc canon is now 3 i think. dorans dark seal and magic tome will let you one tap range minion with passive and passive proc + auto attack for melee minion. canon is still 2 autos i think. Although i wrote all this down rn the numbers aren't correct 100% and more like an estimate, but im sure you will see in game how it works. But I still think you should watch carefully as he last hits in his videos so you can memorize it and be goated at wave clear. Also very useful for pushing wave against almost anyone without them being able to counter this. Q into W for zoning then kill melee minion try to e canon if you can, then step back with shield wait for 2nd Q and this clears rest of the wave with maybe 1 more auto on canon at every stage of the lane. Also general tip is try avoiding your opponent if he counters you. Try to exclude him from fights through perma shoving and maybe with help from jungle he needs to back. And if he comes only engage him if his cd is down or your team can tank for you and you just slide in for w stun and eq passive combo.

Actually you can not win. Galio is the one of the hardest matchups against Ekko. But after Galio use his W you can win the trade. Good luck
