I didn't have heat in my old pickup truck for like 7 and a half years and it gets pretty damn cold here in Niagara Falls. Never had an issue. Ellis' "murder gloves" had me dying

You know what, where I live in the US, I can understand Ellis having gloves for when a car is cold, and you have to wait for the steering wheel to warm up IS a normal thing. It is a comfort not many understand (especially if you live in states/countries that never see temps below 50 F), but a necessity to many that do. Smart thinking Ellis, the rest of WPE can freeze their hands off in cold cars, especially Alex, who might've lost feeling in his hands long ago for all I know.
