This is a interesting cook. I'll be giving this a try in about a month or so. Why so long? Because that's when our spring salmon season gets started in Washington state. I catch my own and it looks like we are going to have to good season this spring. I, thinking of taking this another step. Make the pieces truly bite sized and serve as appetizers. They will cook very quickly so it will be a little tricky the first batch to not over cook. I believe the most common mistake folks make when cooking salmon is they over cook it. It's better to under cook then over cook. Technically you can eat salmon raw but I still prefer to give it some heat. Anyway great video. Have a great day 🌤 👍 🎣🐟😋🍻

I make your salmon pasta often and it's a 10. Two things about this one..we cook the other salmon 4 mins per side so I'll prob stick with that, I would probably just pour the salted mix over the salmon and may add a lil honey. TY❤❤
