I'm a Malaysian and I'm familiar with Mandarin and Cantonese, the letter was written in ancient words expression and idioms, the way they express words in the old times are shockingly good. This is the most accurate Chinese writing yet from all the games I had experienced so far. And btw the trapper location in St. Denis, those Chinese nearby that area is speaking FLUENT Cantonese instead of mandarin, it's fit to the history too that most Chinese from Hong Kong and Guangdong (who speaks Cantonese more often ) moved to West to work in that time.

Zhou Ming is actually a stranger mission in RDR 1. He moved to America and was being forced to work as an indentured servant for a butcher in Mexico. Yeah, the family was a male at the kichen table, an older female in a rocker(the Grandmother), a dead toddler laying over his toy on the floor in front, and a young woman probably the mother on the floor pointed toward the child. Because of how they are positioned death seems to have occurred very quickly. possibly toxic gas released from timber in the fire...?Carbon Monoxide poisoning most likely. They looked like they had died from some kind of poisoning. Cyanosis (bluish tinted skin)is evident, indicating extreme oxygen deficiency. The smoke is incidental to something that was on the stove that probably burned or poor ventilation and a long smoldering fire. Condition of the bodies and state of the cabin indicate the event occurred recently.

A jesuit is a monk who is part of the jesuit order a very important religious order in history they made a lot of things, like going into missions like you said, protecting the natives and spreading to them the catolicism, they made a lot of great things also now they work on education and they habe the best schools in spain, but they never fought as soldiers of Christ or againts the natives they are pacifists and they have a very progressive ideology on religion, also the Pope now is a member of the jesuit order.
