The one thing that never made any sense to me is why Arthur didn't just shoot Micah in the face in the middle of camp at any point before Beaver Hollow. There's no way Dutch would kill Arthur over Micah before then, especially not when Hosea, John, Lenny, Charles, Javier, and all the girls would have supported Arthur.

And really let you choose every step of the story. For example, I never did any of the debt collecting missions except...the forced one. So if I had control I unknowingly would have not exposed my Arthur to TB. I also would have not saved Micah from Strawberry because I knew right away that he was a slime ball from the way he spoke. I also wanted to shoot Dutch on several occasions so I don't know how that would have turned out. XD
