Omnibus is now a bible. Otaru no Bible Index is born and became the ultimate bible. I love how they make chapters to make it easier to keep track with each arc in order. I’m not really big fan of SS, however it’s still not the worst.

Nice to see a physical review of whats basically a massive bible. Gonna be getting this instead of getting the singles though it might be a struggle to read with how gargantuan it is. Couldn't get the spice and wolf collectors novel so glad I can get something else that looks great

I hope they eventually make a side. story collection down the line considering most people haven't read most of them I'd be more inclined to buy it than the omnibus as I'm mostly through OT already. That's the hopeful outcome for what happens if this omnibus generates enought income for them to translate all the japanese volumes

I wanna thank you Aeon, I don't recall when I started watching you but since I started my already massive love for the Toaru universe grew even more as I was unfortunately an anime info only before then. Definitely a sharp looking book and set up. As popular and interesting story as it is it makes sense to see other similar books made for the rest of the series. I could see that increasing in value if you take very good care of it.

If I was to get it it would really just be a collectors item that just sits on the shelf. But I got some of the volumes signed by the English voice actors for Accelerator and Takitsubo, so that's a cooler thing for my collection in my opinion.

Im planning on buying it since it's going to be a new experience. I am an index manga reader and really enjoy reading it and started to collect the index manga at the start of january 2022. One thing is a shame that was cut out was deep blood and fallen agel arc😢 I wanted to see especially touma backstory in full form because chuya would definitely do it justice by at least some glimpse backstory just like how index, kanzaki and styil has a backstory that was original material not in the index light novel. Hopefully to see a omnibus index manga that could add all the index ot manga including deep blood and fallen angel once there done finishing adapting the OT. It's been 7 years since i dropped the series to due to focusing on my family matters,school, and pandemic. A lot since happened vut i am glad to be back to the series ever since. Time change a lot. I can't wait to get the Holy bible since this will be my first time reading a light novel and finishing through the end of OT. It's going to take time. I treat as index manga as my main source and index light novel as a full experience extra details that goes full depth. I can't wait for it

Hey Aeon. Nice opening music. That Bible/book looks incredible talk about some eye candy. They did such an amazing job on that what a collector's item. Oh I also wanted to let you know that this morning I finished reading while listening to OT19 of the index series. Wow just wow I can't believe how much was left out of the anime. Also, I'm with you I want for them to get or to make a English translation of New Testament as soon as possible. It makes me feel so guilty to be looking at that fan translation and not giving kamachi any money for his work he deserves everything in all the wealth that he gets. Anyway, I will be starting OT volume 20 sometime tomorrow. Also thank you so much for your all of your support it means the world to me. Apart from reading light novels I have been going to the YMCA to go walk on the treadmill or to do the recumbent bike and there's another machine that I've been working on a little bit to help me do therapy. I am feeling better and I will keep you posted on what all happens.

Btw aeon I just realize recently that othinus is based on a main god of a mythology while the rest of the magic gods are either major or minor god but not the main one. Like we got Persephone for the Greek Pantheon but not Zeus and Nephthys for Egyptian mythology instead of Ra. I know that they're other magic gods besides the ones mention by name in the light novel that kakeru already banished to the new world but the fact that othinus is the only one name after a chief god surprises me and funny enough the ones on true gremlin are more powerful than her lol

I love that despite being only "Old Testament", it's longer than the actual bible itself. Can't wait for this, it's too good. Something I'm curious about is if they changed the translation. I heard some people had complaints with the Yen Press translation (some of the names and terms were changed though I don't think they are too bad myself), and apparently Yen Press has rereleased novels before with updates, so I wonder if they'll do that here. Not that it matters too much, since Index is the peakest of peak fiction regardless!

As someone who went from the anime to the first time reading 2 volumes of a LN, is it worth getting as my readable first physical LN (and have the translations been redone?). Don't want to spend money and just leave it on display for it not to be used but I do enjoy reading books physically. If you have a comparison for the size of text it would be appreciated (pretty blind but have some glasses) otherwise depending on the font size, readability and translations, I will definitely snatch this one if I can read it all the way through

By the time this series gets everything licensed and translated officially, we will have a good chunk of popular manga from the darker side of fandom available and done in the NA regions and UK/AUS and all of the popular long runners finished and I am including stuff like vampire hunter d that will take at least 17 years.

Since getting back into anime (as well as manga and LN) in 2020, I was able to read all of OT on Kindle, and I was happy to buy the chonky physical edition. Now that I’m reading the NT releases from Yen Press, it’s going to take forever to catch up with the Japanese version, but hopefully we’ll get another fancy edition of NT and GT one day.
