I understand the fun in modeling. Making little corners and creases is what make it real. I do polymer clay objects and get carried away in doing simple textures...It's Sooooooooooooooooooooooo.......relaxing.

I am rewatching, and have come to a conclusion: my favourite type of cake that you make are when they're realistic and *bizarre*. I don't like cute or creepy cakes, but this is the sweet spot for me: realistic (it looks like a present) but ... no one who gave away a drill would actually wrap it this way. They'd wrap the box. Hence, realistic and bizarre =)
