The gold bingo's legitimately might be funnier than the bronze bingo's. People in Gold occasionally punish mistakes more often so people look even worse then they would in bronze bingos where everyone is lost.

I donno, seems to me allot of people still looked very lost in this game. Zens walking into rein hammer swings to orb a mei instead of walking through the door on the left side for example or just let her die because she fed. Cassidy walking around a wall only to walk into the mei wall again when he already went around it in the first place. Honestly I get kinda frustrated at how poor the gameplay is in these gold games. I now understand why I lose games whenever I get 2 gold supports in my team or a gold tank and I just wonder why the hell they don't do certain stuff and do other stuff. Now I understand that they just simply cannot keep up with high plat or diamond lobbies most of the time. I don't blame them for getting in my plat+ games but I also don't understand why they get put in those lobbies in the first place. Last night I had a gold 4 tank in a game with everyone else being plat 1 or higher. Also I don't flame anyone, it is just frustrating to be playing tank or dps and it taking 5+ seconds to get healed because they cancel the reload animation 3 times or spend 5 seconds lining a amp matrix up only for the enemy team to be around the corner by the time my bap places it.

@@Siks7Ate9 Gold lost is not the same level as bronze lost. I am not suggesting that gold players have basic fundamentals of the game, I am more suggesting that gold players are more fun to watch than bronze because they tend to make more wild aggro plays but the other team occasionally has the mechanics/game sense to make the play look even more ridiculous. Gold players yeet themselves down mid but at least they have some mechanics and at least make an attempt at making a play. no matter how stupid it is Bronze players sit afk on cart shooting at each others tanks like they are lining up in the civil war in a straight line shooting at each other until one side loses. The fights go on for 5 minutes until everyone on each team presses Q at the same time. Although I will say the F2P boost has lowered the standard of play in gold for sure. This is pretty bad for what OW1 gold was lol, but that is to be expected with a growth in population.

I'm Plat but i know exactly what was going through this tanks head in round 2 because it's happened to me before. You lose the first round, so you're just a tad tilted. Second round comes and you start off fine but eventually the enemy seems to be doing a lot better against you. You don't seem to know what the issue is so you think maybe you should swap to a different tank. However, even after that they still seem to be crushing you which just makes you feel worse and you tilt even harder, but clearly the issue can't be your skill so you keep throwing counterpicks at the wall to see what sticks but inadvertently you aren't building any ults since you keep swapping, and you start playing more and more recklessly because you just can't accept that your mental is weak af. Only in retrospect do you realize that your own tilt caused you to become blind to your own mistakes, meanwhile the enemy is capitalizing on them like crazy.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I'd like to see a square for "support tries to heal other team". Maybe not always the easiest to see, but I remember it happened on one of the Kings Row bingos with a Moira orb. When I play support I know I can panic throw random heals at the other team, and it's funny to see I'm not alone haha

This type of rein is the 1 that made me literally lose my mind and got my first account banned lol. My silver rein was pressing shift into 6 people from halfway across the map, had me on bap and my brother smurfing on a silver account as a diamond ana. We healed a combined total of 89% of damage taken, we nanoed him during the charge, bap ulted, lamped him naded him and both supports shooting through the amp matrix and he flamed us for no heals while he basically didn't use his shield at all. I literally lost it and screamed at him for about 2 min thinking of every curse word that came to mind lol. I after the ban I realised there is no point in flaming or screaming at someone who is just literally brain-dead lol.

After the first fight he said support gap when he charged into 4 people including a bastion (on Havana btw) from basically the spawn all the way towards the corner instead of pushing the cart while using it as cover. And yes I was toxic at the end of the match, never started toxic. And no I am no longer toxic

Throughout this video I kept forgetting that this was Gold. Some of this looks just as bad as what I see down in bronze. EDIT: After watching the rest, this match gives me hope that I can one day climb from bronze to gold, because that tank is just as bad, if not worse, at this game than me.

If you want any help with climbing/tips etc let me know might be able to help out. Currently nearly diamond on every role, diamond 4 on tank plat 1 on dps and support. I used to be silver in every role and climbed all of them to plat+ in ow1 (I wrote that not to flex but as a reference that I know how those ranks play and how to get out)

Understanding of the win conditions, positioning, hero usage (as in correct playstyle for the each heroes) ability usage, ult usage and ofcourse getting value with the heroes. And then we have flank timing, map awareness/gamesense

There aint no way this guy deserves gold, at least not on Sigma. I'm gold on tank and don't get me wrong I play really bad games sometimes, but never this bad. Even when I was bronze/silver on tank I never played this bad. This guy for sure lucked his way into gold by getting a bunch of easy matches or was carried there. This gameplay is the epitome of the "button mash and hope for the best" play style. No forethought, no planning, just shoot stuff in front of you and use your abilities when they come off cooldown, and hope for the best. That's how I played when I was in bronze/silver, but then I realized "hang on, maybe I should actually think about what I'm doing" and I climbed into gold within a couple days.

To be completely honest even if you have this tank you can still win. It requires you to either speed up the game by playing dive heroes and killing stuff before your tank feeds or just for example tracer and continuously harass people so their attention shifts away from the otherwise feeding tank. And yes sometimes that will be impossible against certain comps or on certain maps. But for example you could play tracer and phara mercy. You get to shift the ana's attention more to her surroundings instead of landing her cooldowns on the enemy tank and get bastion to use transformation against heroes that can go back into cover. That way the tank ain't getting shot at by 5 ppl who all have their abilities. Another way is to simply follow the feeding tank so he gets help instead of going in 1v5. And a entirely different way is to play snipers and sit incredibly far back so even if your tank dies they still have to walk into snipers sightlines who can get a pick or atleast slow down their progress. I'm not saying it's guaranteed to win you games but you increase the likelihood atleast if you do any of these things. The harassment and attention shifting works best imo because that way they are getting shot from 3 different angles.
