@WWC as a new reefers everyone talks about high(ish)nitrates (10-40) but really low phosphates (0.1-.03) as my tracked my new tank it seemingly follows the redfield ratio of 10:1 NO3:PO4. examples of 3.6ppm NO3 and 0.32 PO4. Is this fine?

If your tank doesn’t have any nuisance algae, don’t worry about it. If you wish/need to reduce the PO4 for any reason, Lanthanum Chloride is very safe to use and will do the job.
