Are you feeling better now? Have you seen a Doctor to confirm symptoms/diagnosis? Do you have access to a hot shower, bath, sauna, or steam room? If you can bathe or sit in the sauna with eucalyptus or peppermint oil whatever you have will be released from your pores. If not a saline drip to clear the nostrils and Vicks on the chest. Hot teal with honey, lemon and ginger is good. Eating salad with raw onion cloves works wonders 😊
