I think this video is dangerous, only one yolk contain the maximum cholesterol allowed per day ,not to mention the other cholesterol rich food we eat . so U MUST MENTION that one yolk is more than enough unlike the egg white that can be consumed more. And it's not to be eaten every day. This video is not giving us safe info

And anything containing eggs, cakes, biscuits, fresh spaghetti, mayonnaise., ice cream, ...u must have ur full cholesterol checked asap and see a doctor. Google what food contain eggs ,especially egg yolk and do not eat it until u see a dr and have ur tests results

I eat eggs everyday morning and evening the results is my face like ah baby even I'm turn to 23 a lot of my friends confused to thinking what is my routine??? About 1 month after I have been homeless, and I am STILL homeless as of this writing, I have been eating 6 eggs every day from Wendy's and hopefully I'll be alright. I have 2 slices of Oroweat 100% Whole wheat bread with it and I cut each slice in half and put 3 eggs on one of them and the other 3 on the other one, and I have a bottle of Pure Leaf iced tea and that is unsweetened brand of it.

I eat two eggs everyday in an omelette, with red pepper, mushrooms, spinach and onion. It gives me so much more energy, makes me feel good mentally. My hair has grown thicker and more shiny and my skins looks really good too. Eating eggs as part of a healthy diet has definitely made a difference for me 😄

Did you ever try eating red roasted peppers on the side of the eggs? It makes the eggs more digestible. I make some shiitake mushrooms in butter and add the eggs. Using only pasture raised eggs we order from the farm. The eggs give pretty much all the basic nutrients one needs. .

@@theelitegamer1980 are you stupid? there's nothing bad about eggs, literally some people eat 30 eggs a day and nothing happens, I eat 4 eggs everyday and I never had something bad, the ONLY possible BAD thing is catching salmonella from a dirty low quality (raw) egg. And cholesterol? Our body makes it to build and repair stuff, it literally makes us live longer and it does nothing bad to the heart. You can call me stupid for saying this but some people will say that eggs are bad and some cereal is better for money and advertisement, it's called business. Also there's a difference between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol. Anyways, just buy high quality simple foods and no super fast foods modified with some weird shit. Listen to any egg eater, bodybuilders, Dr berg is nice and more, you WILL learn a lot.

I eat 3 eggs everyday for breakfast and I love them. When I used to eat cereal like raisen brand I could not stop eating and craving food throughout the day. Eggs helped me say No to sugar and bad food cravings. I have lost weight thanks to eggs for. Breakfast, it’s all true what he said and I will never stop eating my eggs for breakfast. Sometimes I even eat them also for dinner or lunch. I love eggs!!!!!!💜

Disclaimer I'm a guy and I'm 45 years old: Assuming my mind serves me right, I "approximately" eat the following every week among other things: about 18 eggs ; 1 1/2 cans of Salmon ; 7+ oranges; 5 carrots; 5 slices of American cheese; five cups of nuts; 12 slices of wheat or whole grain bread; cup and a half of oatmeal; cup and half of grits; cup of raisins; 1/3 cup of wheat germ; 1 gallon of milk; 1 can of spinach. I'm training for full Ironman Florida but I'm not sure I can do the swim. I also fast about once a week for supposed sports reasons, but I also believe in religious fasting. I'm struggling in my Faith right now because I've gone through a highly traumatic event... I haven't noticed any weird effects from the eggs... Also, I'm not eating raw beets right now but I will be consuming those close to "race" day. I'll do good to just finish though even though I have excellent BMI. Yeah, I know, TMI... I'm still praying for healing of my family. I feel I deserve another chance...

Yeah, eggs is probably good for most men. You might search for "Dr. Eric Berg Eggs" on KZbin and see what comes up. Please be advised, however, that Dr. Eric Berg will probably tell you he does not have a "one size fits all" plan. Every person is different so if you have a doctor, you need to let her/him know if you chose to eat 3 eggs a day. Personally, I only see a doctor when I absolutely must like when I got bit by a dog or for "required" physicals.

Love eggs the most. I eat 2 fried or boiled eggs every day since my childhood. Also if you take few hard boiled eggs, cut into halfs, sprinkle some salt n pepper n enjoy by eating slowly at your tea time. It's a wonderful healthy snack. Take boiled eggs with you anywhere in your hand bag n eat when you are extremely hungry. It'll save you from eating junk food save money n provide good health at the same time. Keep smiling :-)

I boil ten eggs at a time and keep em in their shell in the fridge until I'm ready to eat one. I enjoy them with avocado, alone with tons of salt and pepper or making egg salads.

Thank you so much for this. Until now l have had this almost neurotic fear of eggs because for many years l have had to battle high cholesterol issues. I eat eggs no more than once a week or sometimes once in two weeks just to avoid hike in cholesterol levels. With or without egg it didn't make any difference, so now l can enjoy eating my eggs without any guilt feelings. It is my most preferred source of protein. I know many delicious egg recipes

I have spoken with many people entering their 90’s that eat oatmeal daily plus eggs also at another daily meal daily also. They ate 2 or 3 eggs daily for most of their lives. Cooked or fried in cast iron cookware. Weekends they included bacon with eggs.

I wonder what's the limit for one-day. I'm a huge fan of egg. I ate 18 boiled eggs one-day as a snack and 21 boiled eggs other time in one-day same as a snack (did only twice in my life) and my mom got scared, she told me it's bad for liver to eat that many at once. But I didn't feel any discomfort after eating it both time. So, I always wonder whether my mom is right or not. I'm a meat lover and I substitute egg for it sometimes, cause in my heart I feel bad for animal morally and tried my best not to eat meat but just can't do it. So only that feels me is egg, when I'm not eating meat. 6 eggs is like 1 egg to me, I can gobble it really quick. Thanks chicken 🐔

I used to have two boiled eggs each morning for breakfast, that is, until my heart surgeon told me I could safely have them fried without any worries (which tastes nicer anyway). So now it's two fried eggs on lo-GI toast every day for breakfast.. My energy levels have really improved.

I stopped eating carbs 3 days ago and replaced it by eating boiled eggs throughout the day. I instantly feel full after eating 2 whole eggs and I gotta say that I stopped craving other food all day and all night.

I used to have 10 whole eggs a day and thank God I am whole and fine and nothing wrong happened to me..I have no problem with eggs at all and sometimes I am up to 12 eggs a day...But not forget to tell that I work out 4 times a week.

I try to eat at least 3 eggs a day, usually for breakfast but not always for breakfast, sometimes for dinner. Don't usually eat lunch so nutrients have time to absorb in the body. Take care of your health folks, it's one of the only things we have that we can "mostly" control ourselves!

Avg I eat 6. If I'm lifting heavy or trying to drop body fat I'll eat up to two dozen a day. My favorite way is basted in bacon grease &/or butter. Since I'm lazy I'll often eat them raw blended with cream/coconut milk and a little cinnamon. I'll often just use the yolk like this and save the white to cook later. I've never had an issue with intestinal distress or gas.

I start my day with eating 2 parts of raw garlic (small cutting) and a glass of water with 3 squeezed lime. Later bread with 2 boiled eggs with Kurkuma powder and mustard. I believe this is the best way to start. Garlic is over 4.000 years the best to increase your resistance. 😁🤔🙄 Eggs are important to get your daily choline.

I eat 3 eggs, 1/3 can salmon, onions and lots of cayenne pepper, about 6 days a wk. It use to be a 1/2 can of Salmon, but the salmon shortage shot the current price to $4.53 a can. Walmart's price.

@@runchiborang827 Yes i eat the whole egg, there are some foods also included in the lists like meat and seafoods, these foods are rich in fats and protein that can help you lose weight fast because our body will become in state of ketosis (using fat as body fuel) when you eat when you're hungry until full, it means eating meat egg or seafood is unlimited till you're stuffed, you won't crave for any sugary foods anymore😊

Well im 74 and i eat at least 3-5 eggs a day and have most of my life. I have high colestrol but remember your brain is all colestrol. My memorie is much better than most people. I dont have high blood pressure at all. Not on any meds except iron. But i do have my own chickens and they run on 10 acres. Never not had chickens..😂😂😂

I eat 4 eggs per day. I didn't know that eggs lowers high cholesterol. I just began feeling good from cholesterol because I ate lots of eggs. I must make my doctor aware because the diet he prescribed me didn't have eggs and I was not getting better until I started craving for eggs. Thanks for the information

After my dr abruptly stopped a benzodiazepine I was eating 12-18 eggs a day for 2 years. They kept me alive. It would also help me go to sleep sleep. I think that it helped me heal my brain and my body quicker than it would have without them.

Can I break my fast with (three tbsp of raw honey and four cloves of garlic with 24 raw almonds)?! This is very important to me!! Coz I've been doing this protocol everyday for the past two years now, and that did wonders for me! Of course, after one hour of doing so, I would go for my green salad with 4 boiled eggs + a small amount of whatever main course that's been cooked that day!! No fuss!! People tend to see or jump on the good sides only ,you'll have to realize that the most of things in life have the both sides of goods & bads !!! Meaning ,even a good things ,if you over do it ,or exceed the range of the amount w/ good effects ,all the bad things can happen ! As it has bad sides as well ! There's no such a thing as all the way good forever in life ! I am not really too familiar w/ fasting though some people do that around me & swear by it ,but I'm not either a believer ,or well qualified on the subject ,so I won't comment on that one so much ! But, personally ,I don't believe it that's healthy in a long run at all ! You should keep your eye on any symptoms ( not the #s on the blood tests as it won't show bad numbers until your liver has only 1/3 function !!! ) on your liver issue as when an animal ,or a human go fasting ,our bodies judge it as A HUNGER ! SO, IT STARTS LOADING FAT IN THE LIVER = HEPATIC LIPEDOSIS = FATTY LIVER !!! So,I don't believe it as a healthy thing to do at all ! That's my opinion & I stick w/ it ! But, a few hours in the mornings once a while ,or even only a day might do a good thing ,but never frequently !!!Or for a longer duration ! For the same reason I said there ! This study & all out there with good effect of eggs are based on healthy people ! Not sick people ,or illnesses on mind ! So,if you already have a health issue ,then it doesn't apply ! It's a whole different thing ! You have to realize that everything in this world & life has both good sides & bad sides ! So,if you exceed the amount ,or range which have good effects & results won't be the same any more when you overdo it ,does bad things to you ! If you do have health issue to begin with ,then you'd better take care of that 1st ! Hopefully naturally as much as possible w/ o using any medication if you can ! As all the meds have side effects !!! Meaning they might take care of one thing ,but it creates other issues !!! I say no thanks to that myself ! This study is in the range of 3 eggs / day & 21 / week max ! I agree w/ it,too ! Meaning ,I believe it does harms ,if we do more than that ! As ehgs have too much of cholesterol !!! Even though an egg had the ability of balancing the cholestrol in our bodies ,if we exceed that healthy amounts ,all the bad things can happen ( it loses the ability of controlling the cholestrol levels ! ). I eat 6 eggs a day, sometimes more. I eat Pasture - Raised eggs only. More expensive perhaps, but worth it. I used to get cramps in my legs and feet, especially in the morning, but since i started eating eggs i haven't had that problem. My blood pressure which was high has gone down below 120/80; This morning it was 116/73 (I'm 66). My cholesterol and triglycerides which were high, are now normal.

Candida is the cause of cancer because 100 people with cancer were tested for it and they all had high levels of this yeast/fungus. My mum had both too and i had chronic candida for 2 decades it ruined my life and here the symptoms. Chronic fatigue, bad depression social anxiety, athletes' foot and toe nail fungus, bad breath, white coating on the tongue, infections like urine, ear and sinus, low vitamin absorption so get Iron, Vit D, Zinc and B12 tested. I eat 3 eggs with one cup oats for breakfast!!! With added bananas 🍌 and chia seeds with a glass of milk or orange juice or water which other I have at the time 💪🏽💪🏽
