I can’t remember who said it but there was a line in an interview at worlds or NAIC in 2023 I think where someone pointed out that hard trick room has the advantage of stat efficiency because you don’t have to invest anything in speed EVs and the Pokémon that are good in trick room already lean into that. Super dangerous if you don’t have a really solid answer into trick room. Also I really like the roar choice on Ursaluna, it didn’t really come up here but it’s a pretty cool tech for denying a trick room reversal or taking an imprison off the field, in addition to it’s normal utility phazing.

Yes! Torkoal eruption just melted things so I never got a chance to use it.

@@CloverBellsIt’s really annoying with whirlwind on hisuian braviary, but it does take a really hard read. Seriously lol. It’s nuts that Torkoal is such a synergistic Pokémon considering they didn’t let any of the other eruption/water spout users also be weather setters. The only other thing kind of like it is regidrago, and even then, it’s less well built and doesn’t support its team.

Earlier this week I jumped into toppos stream to see what is current team was. Saw this team and got to Mb for the month super easy. Never needed to click roar tho (out of 4 or 5 games). I still prefer shadow claw on the ghost Ursa. The other option I’ve used in the mouse spot is Dragapult.
