I’ve had mine for 2 years, this exact model. I love it. It’s insane. Perfect for my every day playing needs.

I have both and for my small hand brothers, I'd recommend this Fusion 3 model with Emg's over Amaroks, simply because the neck is thinner and has a smaller radius, and a bolt on neck for easier repairs and modding

I see 2 sellers on the market selling this and the Amarok for $268 Should I get this?
@JD-vj4goАй бұрын
I agree. I have small hands and had to sell my Amarok. Great guitar but the neck was just too thick.

I think i will go with passive pick ups. Split coil is nice to have and that one sound wierd clean. Distortion sounds great but in passive version both sound great.

I'm mostly a passive pickup player as well and sometimes split coils can be really useful.

Great review! And that guitar looks awsome! Just have to decide on this one, or the tele-version 😂🎉
@CatPickStudios9 ай бұрын
Thanks! To me the fixed bridge made all the difference. Easier to go drop-D and better tuning stability. Though it wasn't that bad on the tele either.
@viktorstorelv9 ай бұрын
@@CatPickStudios Yeah, the fixed bridge, 24 frets, the roasted neck, satin black, stainless steel frets, locking tuners, and active emg's! Lots of specs for the price!

Again? You are the king of the repost. But when the guitar is this cool and at that price… its worth the watch, and adding to the cart 🤘🏽

Haha sorry about that. The video underperformed big time so I made some edits and it should be better now. This is the final-finalest-definitely-not-tweaking-this-again.mp4

@@CatPickStudios spread the word, maybe some bikini chicks in the thumbnail? People respond too easily to click bait. Maybe a title like Harley benton destroys competition with this! Or maybe an adorable kitten whos friends with a over muscular Cane Corso cuddling as a thumbnail? I have a lot of ideas, most aren’t very good. 😂 Have a blessed day Sir

I've heard that the Harley Benton Agufish STD Signature BK is also good. Did anyone compare these two?
@CatPickStudiosАй бұрын
The Agufish guitars sold out so fast there weren’t any left for us (other channels) to demo haha.

I got it one month ago, QC was so bad i had to return it. It took ages to have a replacement shipped and now it is on its way to me. I discovered a very interesting thing using chatgpt: bending higher strings of a 11s set on a reverse headstock guitar should be only around 2% harder than bending 10s on a normal headstock. I think i'm going with 11s on this guitar, i hate the reduced tuning stability on higher strings because of the reverse headstock, hope this compensates for that.

Do you always let an AI tell you how to think?
@umbertoaltieri89777 ай бұрын
@@Anjohl I will ignore the sheer ignorance of this comment and explain for you: while AI assistants can't tell you how to think, they are useful tools you can use to speed up complex calculations, automate repetitive tasks and fill up holes in your knowledge. I merely used the assistant to do some math for me, as i lack the physics knowledge to do so, and it did it based on my inputs. By doing so, I was able to make a choice based on science and i didn't have to try out different set of strings and waste money. Feel free to live in the age of dinosaurs if you want, but in the meantime let people evolve. P.S. I installed 11s and tested them, and it was right.

Hey man, your playing is fantastic. Really want one of these. For the price it seems you get more for the price. Would these be a better guitar than Jackson dinkys?
@CatPickStudios9 ай бұрын
Thanks, much appreciated! I'm afraid I have very limited experience with Jacksons as most stores in Finland don't have those, at least in my area. I have played few over the years, but because of the more flat fretboard radius and modern feel I never ended up getting one. I've had great Bentons in my studio but also some that had flaws in them. HB necks are more traditionally shaped, which might affect your choice. Quality wise the high tier Bentons have usually been really good specs wise and I feel you get a bit more for the price than other instruments in that price range. Though I also have to say some companies, like Charvel for example, are catching up fast. I don't know if this in any way helpful, but hey I at least remembered to reply... :D
