I'd say with the maize be no real bother but grass be challenging. Some young lad or lassie on the carting tractor licking the front window when the chopper man decide to stop in a panic from 20kph

Fantastic Technology You uploaded a video on Pumpkin harvesting in Northern Ireland and it had been preindustrial revolution technology with men manually picking the Pumpkins up from the ground and manually placing them into crates on the rear of a tractor. This could all be automated with a machine. Thus labor shortage resolved. Vast swathes of the farming sector still use preindustrial revolution technology and this is an example of how state of the art technology can be applied to the farming sector. This potato harvesting machine and harvesting could be used as a case study as to the direction the arming sector must move to improve efficiency and resolve the labour shortage. Very, very good video to watch and very entertaining.

interesting stuff, never really understood loading into boxes, much prefer bulk to piler/dump box/grader. All about tons out of the paddock in weather windows, but they make it work.
