Blocking people for abusive personal comments is fair enough but blocking for a negative comment may not be the way forward. For example, if you get a lot of comments saying your estimation of a product is too high, it may be worth a little more research. But if they call you a 'INSERT RANDOM OFFENSIVE NAME' whilst commenting about the issue, block away. We can often learn something from a negative comment because if enough people say a thing, there's a pretty good chance that thing is actually a thing..... If you get me. That gives us an opportunity to make changes. I'm personally very suspicious of you tube channels who's comments sections are full of rainbows and Unicorns, this is the internet after all. But the main thing is, just do you. If you do you right, they will come (Or not) Good luck mate.
