I think you've misunderstood. The reason each skin is purchasable at its regular price out of the gallery was due to the backlash of the kiriko witch bundle. All skins, when in the shop, bundle or not, are purchasable in hero gallery for regular price while in the shop. This is not a bug, nor is it something to be disappointed by unless we're talking about the price haha.

@@GamingCuriosOverwatch The concept of bundle is to make everything cheaper that’s why they all in combined coats 1900 but the skin itself also cost 1900 out of the bundle. You can’t expect a skin to have the bundle price when purchasing it alone.

@@Piccolololmao More like I played the game and leveled up for lootboxes that were free. Imagine having an in game event that no one gets rewards for because all of the event related stuff is locked behind a paywall.
