i started doing this yesterday on my center build with an 83 3pt shot. the speed you get from this move is unbelievable. not a single center i played against was even close to fast enough to keep up with the speed boost even if their speed and acceleration was higher than mine. also it very rarely actually uses an adrenaline bar and you can do it in one direction and then immediately go back the other direction impossibly fast. had 3 30 point games, a 42 game, and a 54 game
