The grenade energy perk isnt on the fragment btw, it's on the iceflare bolts aspect. If hunter or titan used the same fragment it doesn't give them the same hidden perk, so it can't be the fragment.

It's actually not the fragment, but part of Iceflare bolts. You can see in the Beyond Light ViDoc at 6:34 that the description of Iceflare bolts includes shattering frozen enemies gives grenade energy.

This is super interesting to me. So this clearly is in the game and works. And at some point in development it was correctly listed on the aspect description. But now, in game, its not listed. How did that come about? Did they intentionally hide the perk, or did they decide to remove that perk, but then it was never correctly removed?

Tbh I always liked using it bc the titan mindset is ingrained in my play style from D1, even on warlock. Running in and dropping a shocking arc buddy rift is fun. I had a feeling this would be meta once I heard about the stasis rift, too had Vesper got disabled though.

Swap the wellspring sidearm for Traveler's Chosen, and do everything else the same way. That way you'll get stacks of the exotic perk while you recharge your grenade, and you can top off all three abilities whenever you want. Or just run Monte Carlo and spam your melee freeze attack while charging the other two.

The aspect "iceflare bolts" has it in the description that it gives small amounts of grenade energy back when shattering a frozen target. It's not a hidden thing.

I was waiting for someone to put out the Vesper stasis rift build. It's silly but surprisingly good. Pair it with the reduced melee damage chest mod and even that one reactive pulse mod, and now you can give yourself breathing room you want as often as you want.

Here´s a rework idea for Vesper of Radius: -Your rift casts a powerful shockwave of energy (depending on your subclass: void, solar, arc) that does continuous damage to everything that touch it (basically, a pulse/solar/void grenade in your rift that last 15-20, the duration of a rift) -Rift energy recharges faster when you are surrounded by enemies. PD: The initial rift shockwave will be as powerful as the Reactive Pulse arc armor mod, and the rest of the damage is pulse/solar/void grenade like.

I did a similar type build using Claws of Ahamkara, running 100 Recovery and 100 Strength, and Monte Carlo. You can spam your melee which causes those huge shatter explosions and Monte makes sure you almost always have charges. The season pass Wild Hunt gear is perfect for this build as it already has high Strength rolls, which are normally kinda tough to find on Warlock gear sometimes. Try it out!

I've pretty much been running this sort of set up on my titan with heart of inmost light since getting the second aspect. What's great for me is shattering the glacier grenade crystals gives me and my fireteam melee energy pick ups so its even easier for me to keep abilities going. I'll have to try swapping out the grenade energy on shattering crystals for the super energy on killing frozen targets with weapons.

Titan can use Heart of Inmost Light and since Glacier grenades already synergize with their aspects put on whisper of shards and fissures. Use a wellspring weapon and you have high uptime on abilities minus the damage boost to weapons. It’s hard to freeze with titans and glacier grenade is their best grenade unless you want to run Salvation’s Grip to replace it.

The extra grenade energy on warlocks is also just from the aspect Iceflare Bolts. I didn't get any whisper fragments until recently but have noticed that I was recovering grenade energy killing each target that was subsequently frozen by the wave.

What I do is keep the hedrons, it boosts resilience and recovery as well as weapon stability. I make sure to use Empowering rift for the weapon damage instead. So now it's actually even better

Are we supercharged in eclipse zones or something? Recently upgraded my titan w/nade boost from shattering crystals and using chest exotic that empowers abilities by using abilities. In the zone I could spam through my abilities and take out a yellow bar mech or pretty much anything. Nades melee recharge almost instant and my armors trash w/melee under a minute and nade around 11/2 but outside the zone I couldn't get it flowing.

Scanner buff from the raid is killing the other buffs and reducing total damage output supposedly but nobody has done extensive testing on this. Does stacking 5 scanner buffs fix this issue? do multiple team mates stacking the buff help?

one thing i would change in your build is the use of a truthteller gl with blinding nades (i landed auto loader demo blind roll) to make it safer to run into groups who you blind to use that deadly rift.

IMO using double bomber on your class item and using monte carlo for your melee recharge would get you all of your abilities faster. Add double ashes to assets and that's gonna round it off nicely

Its good and supportive build but i dont see the use of the rift at this point is cooldown is terribly slow and it needs an exotic and the class to regen faster, but the other thing that lacks is the use of the rift agresively if u use it a nigthfall it will only work if u are trying to hide for cover and freeze the enemies before they kill, I seriously expected more for the warlock stasis ability

@@Thanatas11 I think you mean the mod "firepower", where while charged with light, you get a portion of your grenade energy when you use your grenade and it consumes one stack of charged with light. I think you might be able to buy it directly from the gunsmith because he has two featured mods that change every day and that can be bought for mod components, it's possible he will sell it one day, but I'm not entirely sure because I haven't seen him feature it before. On light gg's website, it says it can be obtained from gunsmith rank-up packages, so I would follow what light gg says.

I shatter a LOT of enemies and don't see myself getting a lot of grenade back. Maybe it just scales really poorly because I usually run around with less then 30 on ALL my stats due to just equipping whatever armor I get is highest light level and it's usually got awful rolls

I have a similar build for hunter that uses bombardiers to instantly kill all slowed enemies from dodging. It’s pretty fun!
