Are you concerned at all that the prices that trains are fetching are part of a speculative bubble? We've seen so many bubbles, over the last couple years. Do the current day prices of trains more or less match the history of train prices?

Brass prices (and Lionel) have declined from their peak however prices are stable at this point at least on the brass.

It depends- condition is part- tarnish tends to lower the value some. Box does help value as well as running condition.
