Dude, that's a damn good price and well worth it if you are crafting yourself a home theater setup. Seeing comments talking about affording it. If your first thought when you see something expensive is to tell yourself you can't have it because of this or that reason, your mind set is your problem. The feeling needs to be excitement when you see something you want or you won't be operating from a place where this is something you could have. You gotta stop discouraging yourselves when you see expensive shit people! You can have it too, just gotta get creative and make the thoughts and actions that make financial abundance a reality.

Cons: Still has to be dark to work, still less bright, worse color quality, and worse resolution and refresh rate than a TV the same price or cheaper. Still uses more video processing than a TV which leads to a delay making competitive gaming much less viable Projectors can't be left on as long as a TV, binging movies or shows with a projector with throw it out of calibration faster and even cause damage Even if you operate a projector correctly they need regular maintenance from a technician whereas a TV just needs to be lightly cleaned when it gets dusty

It was literally the other way round. Laser had more accuracy but less brightness where DLP projectors (NON-LED) have more brightness. LED projectors arent really a thing yet. They are getting more common but the most are still traditional lamps
