Absolutely. Just to add on to that, the salt is not an antiseptic, its there to make sure the osmolality is similar between the liquid and your sinuses. Putting straight water, whether tap or distilled, into your nose would leave you feeling very, very bad. Unlike the salt, xylitol does actually have antiseptic properties, although its effectiveness in the sinuses is not confirmed.

Tip for when you use magnetic cleaners on glass like aquariums: DON'T put the on the glass at the same spot. Put them on the glass in different places along the pane and then slide them towards each other without lifting either from the glass. This ensures that they connect without putting extra force on the glass. Like Arun showed can cause the glass to shatter, even when you do it very carefully.
@C0DERedEdits
@C0DERedEdits Жыл бұрын
He also used it wrong lol, the magnetic force is plenty strong, even for double sided windows. It comes with a plastic tray between the two parts so that when you're storing them, they don't stick together "flat" with the magnets (precisely because it's very strong and hard to pull apart). He should've removed this plastic part when using it, the magnetic force was weak because there was a good amount of extra space occupied by the storing tray he didn't remove.

There's lots of products like that. Any time you see a product that does something this simple and wonder "who on earth needs that?", remember that there are people who are less able than you are.

4:28 No. I does not suck out air and create a vacuum. It does the opposite. Fizzy drinks go flat because you remove the pressure when you open it, and the more you drink, the more space for the fizz to escape before the pressure builds up high enough to stop the reaction from happening. With this device you can pump more air in and create the pressure faster than the fizz can do it on its own, thus stopping it from using up the fizz to pressurize and ending up with a flat drink.
@GrimRaider666
@GrimRaider666 10 ай бұрын
The pressure that is removed when opening is the carbon dioxide used to make the drinks fizzy in the first place. When the can is left open it give the opportunity for the carbon dioxide to escape. The same thing happens with bottled soda. If you do not close it correctly, the carbon dioxide will escape and make it flat. A SodaStream can help flat drinks become fizzy cause it injects the carbon dioxide into the water thats used to make sodas or carbonated water.
@BuzzBazzJ
@BuzzBazzJ 10 ай бұрын
@@GrimRaider666 that is why those pump things don’t remove air, they add, and build pressure, to stop the co2 from escaping. Again, what I said in my initial comment.
@GrimRaider666
@GrimRaider666 10 ай бұрын
It doesnt add air thats the thing. It actually does remove it. I have one and have put it to my hand, It has a suction meaning the air is removed preventing the carbon dioxide to reside in the drink instead of escaping with the air when the cap is not on. If air was being built up in the can, itd be harder to squish the can when putting it away. You dont need air to maintain carbon dioxide within a can. You just need a proper seal. which the cap provides. @@BuzzBazzJ
@BuzzBazzJ
@BuzzBazzJ 10 ай бұрын
@@GrimRaider666 no. If you push it to you hand it pushes the air out of the way, and thus creates the suction you are talking about. When you place them on a container the seal is correct (compared to your hand) and thus it can pump more air in correctly. What you are referring to can be done with a bicycle pump, and you can “create” suction, because the seal is incorrect and as it has some flex/molding you end up “filling” the hole with your squishy hand flesh. If you took the air out you would create a negative pressure inside the container and it would collapse if the force is too great for the container to handle. The problem with removing the air is that you are extracting more of the carbonation making the drink even flatter than before. I swear, you can do this example very easy. Take a new soda bottle, empty some of it, then squeeze it until there is almost no more air in the bottle, then close the cap as you have it squished. You can let the bottle be or you can shake it to see that the carbonation will expand the bottle back to its original, full state. Proving my point in how these pumps function. Just try it before you post anything else. I’ll even pay you for the soda thought paypal if I’m wrong.

The AAA to AA conversion tube makes perfect sense; both batteries have the exact same voltage range (4.2v peak, to 3.0v when pretty much dead) they just have a different capacity (mAh) so AAA won't last as long as an AA would, but if you can complete the circuit in the battery sled then you will have a working device. One way to achieve this for infinitely less money: take a tiny piece of tin foil and fold it into a tiny square, folding it over and over again until the positive (+) contact on the top of the AAA battery reaches the positive (+) terminal on the battery sled of the device you're trying to power when you place the tin foil between the negative (-) contact of the battery and the negative (-) terminal of the battery sled. So it should look like: __+__

9:29 In ayurveda this practice is called Jal-Neti, and it is used to clear out your block nose. Traditionally, it is performed by pouring salt-water solution into one of the nostrils using a container with a small orifice for water to pass into the nostrills (using a conch or a cup with a small tube to pour out water from), and allowing water to pass out from other nostrills. One key point to remember while doing jal-neti is to breathe from your mouth to prevent water from going in the lungs from the nose.

4:20 No, it's not drawing out the air making a vacuum, that would just cause more CO2 to leave the drink and repressurise the can. It's pressurizing the can with air, the pressure stops more CO2 from leaving the drink. Carbonated drinks always pressurize the container to about the same pressure (depending on the temperature) until they're flat.
