Spenser. Do you talk to the local realtors about (getting paid), not only for finding these places for a yard remodle. You highlite the potential of these homes. I bought a HUD 2 in the 80's on a wish and some prayers. Over the 20 years i owned it, I gutted and rebuilt the had too's- more for the life of my kids and me. I was able to sell it for 150% of my initial investment. It would be awesome to compile all these vacated homes, with your modifications and pull a percentage out of it.
