Help!! I bought a new Geekom IT12 with USB4 ports. Try to connect it with my eGpu (Lenovo legion booststation RTX2060) with USB4 ports but failed. Talk with support, try many suggestions, still no improvement. Any suggestion?

Please help me people. I have one of these IT13 i9 and the fan is driving me carzy, it's constant white noise (the fan does not turn off and it's loud). Is this normal, I find that hard to believe?

You can go into the BIOS and change the fan mode.

iI bought one a couple of days ago, and it constanbtlky crashes and tries to repair its self, taking sometimes hours (if your lucky) to do so. Basically all you get is a black screen. . I have lost over £700 on this. Its a disaster. I can't recommend it at all.

I've only bought one Geekom I9 and the fan failed so it doesnt matter how good they are in anything as they have failed on a base level of quality. I will not consider them again.
