Another thing to add: Trade this short when price is below vwap and the 200sma and long when it's above vwap and the 200 sma.

I can see the benefit of this indicator on a higher timescale to define the trend. Once there is a trend on the daily chart, say, take nibbles out of it on a the quad-hour or hourly chart.

21/50/100/200 work really well too but sma it’s correct on any time frame and if you really want you can use vwap to really show the true weight of volume to price… and cancels any false signals from moving averages. Paired with a relative strength index you can identify again strength of volume of ups and downs and identify any divergence in the chart and the rsi which indicates the weakening of any trend up or down movement and potential trend reversal.

@@BlazedAFGaming Exactly, there is no indicator, that gives 100% accuracy. You have to use at least 2 indicator setups(each with 3 indicators) in order to get 90% accuracy

For people who ask what timeframe this work. It works on all timeframe as long u understand what is a time chart in basics. And usually you combine the alligator reading with other indicators that he also created. Ao and ac and the gator oscillator. Its a full language. There is no way u can use full potential of his indicators if you dont know how they work and how to use it

Use it also with 20,30,50 smma, and for pullback I use the stc indicator with a 50 hull ma, it is good to help identify when the pullback is over. That with trend lines works really good.

Lol you will still get a lot of false signals this way. The secret to becoming profitable is cutting the loses short AND having a strategy with as few false signals as possible.

This does nothing even remotely close to filtering out 99% of false signals. The absurdity of the claim makes the rest of the video pointless. Throw the indicator on absolutely any chart, any timeframe, and see why it's just another useless and lagging tool. Indicators do one thing and ONLY one thing really well. They assist in confirming a bias we have been trained to identify as an "edge" as a justification for taking or not taking a trade. They are pointless, and unfortunately for everyone asking "which timeframe is best" for said indicator, you have already missed the point and have likely ironically become the liquidity for your competition.
