Ich kenne das Rezept als Fantakuchen. Statt Mandarinen nehme ich 2 Büchsen Pfirsiche, schneide die Pfirsiche in kleine Stücke und hebe sie unter die Creme.

The adjustable cake tray you use to make the sponge, do you know the make of it? It look really useful. I’ve got cake rings and moulds but never seen a baking tray that can used like that. I love your ideas and am looking forward to making a selection of them when my kitchen is ready! Keep them coming!
